Shipping Policy - The Basics


At Oaks Health | TrimTone Telehealth, we are committed to making your weight loss journey seamless. That includes fast, reliable delivery of your medications right to your door.
 
Shipping Method & Timeline
All medications are shipped via FedEx Overnight to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping fees are included in your monthly medication cost. You will not be charged a separate fee for shipping.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your prescription has been approved and compounded by our partner pharmacy.
 
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states in which we are licensed to practice: TX, CA, NC, NM, VT, and VA.
We cannot ship medications outside of these states at this time, however more states are coming soon. 
 
 Safe Handling & Packaging

Medications are packaged securely to maintain temperature stability and product integrity.
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure medications are received safely. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
 
Delays & Exceptions

While FedEx Overnight is our standard, unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, courier disruptions) may occasionally extend delivery times.
We encourage patients to schedule refills at least 7–10 days before running out of medication to avoid interruptions.
TrimTone Telehealth is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control once medications are in the possession of the courier.
 
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Our team will work with the pharmacy and FedEx to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement shipment.

 Returns & Refunds
Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have been dispensed, even if unopened.
Refunds are not available once an order has been processed and shipped.
 

Return Policy

At Oaks Health | TrimTone Telehealth, we value your trust and are committed to providing safe, effective, and transparent care. Because we provide prescription-only medications, our refund policy follows strict federal and pharmacy regulations. 

By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications, even if they are unopened, unused, or still sealed.

Once a medication has been dispensed and shipped, it is considered final sale.

Consultation Fees:

   The initial $50 consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and expertise of our licensed healthcare providers.

   If you are not medically eligible for GLP-1 treatment after your consult and lab review, you will not be charged for medications. 

Subscription & Monthly Medication Charges

Monthly medication charges begin only after your prescription has been approved and scheduled for shipment.

If you wish to pause or cancel your medication plan, please contact us at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.

 Denied Prescriptions

If your provider determines you are not a safe candidate for GLP-1 medications (based on labs or medical history), you will not be billed for the medication.

In these cases, only your consultation fee will apply.

 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure timely FedEx Overnight delivery, delays outside our control (weather, courier disruptions) do not qualify for refunds.
